Cybersecurity: The Essential Shield of our Digital World

The Shagan Network was born from the passion and experience of its founder, cybersecurity expert, Ibrahim-Khalil Rahman. At under 40 years old, he already boasts over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. 


A free spirit and self-made man, Ibrahim-Khalil started his first company while preparing for the baccalaureate. Interested in his skills, a publisher chose him to maintain the Carte Vitale terminals in pharmacies. 


With his diploma in hand, he pursued computer science studies at the IUT of Blagnac. 

At the top of his class, he was noticed by Orange, France's leading IT services company, which financed his engineering studies and hired him as a security architect.

Successes are piling up, and Ibrahim-Khalil Rahman is in high demand. In 2016, he joined NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone) and discovered Japanese quality. He then worked with the biggest publishers, notably Microsoft, who showed interest in him and asked him to join their ranks. Which he did. 


A few months later, Ericsson and Cisco competed for his expertise. He chose Cisco, where he stayed for six years, driven by ambitious cybersecurity projects for major international events (22 FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022, Paris 2024 Olympics…); mythical places (Groupama Stadium in Lyon, Real Madrid Football Stadium, Accor Arena…); the famous game League of Legends; the restoration of the information system of the Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) following the cyberattacks it was targeted by during the Covid health crisis… 


In 2022, with an already rich background, he created De Shagan Network, of which Cisco would be the first client. The philosophy of De Shagan Network? To make cybersecurity accessible to all, because cybersecurity is not a luxury, but an absolute necessity. 


Since then, De Shagan Network has been working in partnership with the biggest: Microsoft, Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, Amazon, Google, Alibaba Cloud, Cisco… Partnerships that enable De Shagan Network to offer custom cybersecurity solutions, reliable ones, backed by AI and adapted to the size of the company.
